You start by filling out and submitting our purchase form, without obligation. In doing so, you indicate the approximate quantity of LEGO® you wish to sell.

Following your inquiry, we will get back to you promptly. You will receive a confirmation as well as all important instructions regarding the next steps. Additionally, we will send you one shipping label for Germany for every 25 kg of items being sold.

For shipments weighing 10 kg or more, we provide you with a free DHL shipping label for Germany.

You can simply print out the label and affix it to your securely packed parcel. Then, drop off your parcel at a nearby DHL or post office location, and your LEGO® will be on its way to us.

If you wish to ship more than 25 kg of LEGO®, we will provide you with an additional shipping label for every subsequent 25 kg.

Once you have received our guidelines, you can take your time to review your LEGO® collection one last time. Afterward, pack everything securely in a sturdy cardboard box.

You do not need to sort your bricks extensively; mixed collections are also accepted.

Generally, the better the condition, the higher the offer will be.

The condition of your LEGO® bricks has a significant impact on the purchase price.

Heavily dusty bricks are classified as soiled and can no longer be rated as being in "good condition." Therefore, it is worth taking a moment to check your LEGO® before shipping it.

You should also try to sort out any worn or yellowed bricks. Even if they make up only a small portion of the collection, their presence can negatively affect the overall valuation of your entire shipment.

Defective or broken parts, as well as non-LEGO parts, are not eligible for purchase. A few isolated parts of this nature are generally not a problem; however, if the proportion of such parts is too high, we reserve the right to decline the purchase.

We therefore recommend that you carefully inspect your bricks before shipping them. This ensures that you receive the best possible offer.

Once you have checked and packed your items, simply drop off your package at the post office.

To ensure your LEGO® arrives safely, please follow these simple guidelines:

Ideally, pack loose and disassembled bricks in sturdy bags or tear-resistant trash bags, with each unit weighing approximately 5 to 10 kg.

Use a sturdy shipping box that is free of damage and securely sealed on all sides.

Please refrain from using plastic, wooden, or metal boxes, as their disposal may incur additional costs.

Use cushioning materials such as paper, cardboard, or packing film to ensure your shipment is well protected.

You can purchase suitable shipping boxes at hardware stores or post office branches, for example.

Whenever possible, utilize the maximum shipping weight limit of 31.5 kg per package to ensure efficient shipping.

As soon as your LEGO® arrives at our facility, it undergoes a careful inspection. We closely examine its condition, quantity, and included parts.

This inspection serves as the basis for our offer.

4a: Receive Offer
If your LEGO® meets our requirements, we will inform you of our purchase price. You can then take your time to decide whether you wish to accept the offer. If you agree, we will simply need your payment details.

4b: Purchase Declined
Should your LEGO® not meet our requirements, we regret that we cannot proceed with the purchase. In this case, we will return your items to you. Costs for return shipping and processing amount to €24.99 per commenced 25 kg.

Once everything has been confirmed, payment is processed quickly and reliably. You can choose between a bank transfer and PayPal.
